Service Support Agreements
There are four types of contract available:
- Gold Medal: This level gives extended warranty. All parts and labour except for consummable items. It also includes a preventative maintenance visit.
- Silver Medal: This covers all non-routine breakdown calls and a preventative maintenance visit. Parts are charged at current list price
- Bronze Medal: This includes a preventative maintenance visit. All parts used and corrective maintenance visits will be charged at the current list price.
- Special Medal: We will be pleased to quote for service contracts covering specific customer requirements.
Multiple systems (of any type) included on the same contract will attract a discount.
Plus Certification
Our Plus contract option helps you helps you achieve regulatory compliance and can be added to any of our Support Agreements.
Following the routine annual preventative maintenance, or installation, our engineer tests your equipment for conformity to specified operational parameters and documents compliance with a certificate. Tests follow NAMAS, GLP and other regulatory body requirements, including where applicable, National Traceable Standards
TeleDiagnostics
This can be installed at any time and will include a once off cost for software, modem and installation. Thereafter the TeleDiagnostic support can be purchased at current list price. Customers who purchase this support must support an analogue telephone line close to the instrument.
