Cancellation Policy

Varian, Inc.
Each class has a minimum and a maximum class size. At 10 working days before the scheduled start of a class, if the minimum enrollment has not been met, we may cancel the class. For this reason, customers are encouraged to register early. If a class is cancelled, all enrollees will be informed. If you are unsure about the status of a class, please contact the Varian Training Department. The contact information appears below.

Customer
A full refund is given if the customer cancels up to 10 working days before the class start date. If cancellation is received less than 10 working days before the start of any training class, including on-sites, the customer will pay 50% of the cost of the class. This amount may be used as partial prepayment for future enrollments.

Registration Policy

A purchase order number, credit card number, or check is required to guarantee enrollment in scheduled courses or to reserve dates for on-site or on-request training courses.
