Vacuum Components

ASA Flanges

Available in bored or blank models, these flanges provide a ready source for flanges used in vacuum manifolding and for mating vacuum components that are manufactured with ASA-style flanges.

Used in applications from atmospheric pressure to E^-9 torr, these ASA flanges are manufactured from 304 stainless steel and can be brazed or welded. The bored flanges are specifically sized to mate with the custom-sized ASA flanges supplied with Varian diffusion pumps.
