AGM-1，加氧附件

AGM-1的作用是将氧气加入到等离子体中。这些氧气的存在将使得：

等离子体稳定，从而提高测定的精度
降低在ICP中能够观测到的分子带结构，改善检出限
减少碳的沉积，避免信号波动，以及清洗所带来的停机时间。

AGM-1装置可与有机物进样附件配合使用，进一步方便有机溶剂样品的分析。
