QAII Station
Highlights
Effective Measurement System The QAII allows you to measure and record dissolution physical parameters (as specified in USP, EP and JP). It easily measures and documents individual spindle speeds, shaft wobble, shaft perpendicularity, temperature and instrument level. In addition, the QAII measures vibration. The vibration display shows vibration is a function of four different parameters (acceleration, velocity, frequency and displacement) in all three axes X, Y and Z.
The QAII can be used on almost all brands of dissolution testers. An adapter ring for non-Varian testers is included.
NIST-traceable Results A calibration certificate is included.
Truly Portable The QAII is battery operated as well as line-operable. The printer is only operated when the instrument is plugged into a wall socket to conserve battery life.
Information Storage The QAII stores information for up to 30 testers and retains the serial numbers by unit and each individual shaft ID.
The easy-to-use menu prompts you through the step-by-step process. You have the option of skipping various positions or measurements.
Station includes the following:
- Digital wobble gauge, mounted to an EaseAlign mounting bracket
- Magnetic tachometer sensor
- Black reflection clip with magnetic tag
- Electronic level sensor (also measures shaft perpendicularity)
- Precision temperature probe
- Electronic vibration sensor
- Universal adapter for use with
non-Varian units
- Calibrated shaft
