The V-Series models feature an alphanumeric keypad, digital communication, and programmability. The 8-vessel configuration includes TruCenter™ (patent pending) glass vessels and can be used with paddles or baskets, as well as with other accessories. The V-Series offers tremendous flexibility. The VK 7025 offers in-vessel temperature measurement, automated dosage delivery and individually controlled sampling cannulas.
- Independently controlled sampling cannulas (required for use with the VK 8000 or online systems) ensure accurate sampling position. Cannulas may be programmed to sample according to the specified volume of media being used. Can be used simultaneously or sequentially.
- AutoTemp measures the individual vessel temperatures at the specified sample points. This feature can be used to start test and record the temperatures at the conclusion of the run.
- A special option available for the VK 7025 is Varian’s Auto Spindle Control. These individual electric clutches make introducing the dosage form into non-rotating media per USP simple and hassle-free. You can start and stop each individual spindle independently.
