Packed Bed: Polymeric
Bond Elut ENV
Bond Elut ENV, a high purity styrene
divinyl benzene (SDVB) polymer has been
optimized for the extraction of polar
organic residues, such as herbicide metabolites
and explosives, from large volume water
samples. Bond Elut ENV features a 125
µm highly cross-linked spherical
polymer which can process one liter water
samples in a fraction of the time required
for other analytical processes. The absence
of secondary interactions on the polymer
surface makes it easier to elute a wide
range of molecular species with just one
elution solvent.
Although primarily used for environmental
applications, Bond Elut ENV can also be
used for clinical applications including
the extraction of highly polar metabolites.
