Mega Bond Elut Flash

Varian SPP offers a broad range of Mega Bond Elut cartridge configurations designed to efficiently and reproducibly extract a wide array of sample types and volumes. Mega Bond Elut solid phase extraction cartridges are available pre-packed with anywhere from 1 g to 70 grams of Bondesil sorbent and packed into cartridges with liquid reservoir capacities of 3 ml up to 150 ml.

Mega Bond Elut SPE cartridges are excellent for extracting samples such as food or soil which require more sorbent capacity due to either a high concentration of analyte or large quantities of extractable interferences in the sample. A 10 gram/60 ml Mega Bond Elut may retain approximately 500 mg of analyte. In addition, Mega Bond Elut cartridges are packed in large capacity polypropylene reservoirs which are able to hold up to 150 ml of sample, and their larger column diameter allows the sample to flow through more quickly than a standard Bond Elut column.

Mega Bond Elut columns are packed with the same Bondesil bulk sorbents used in the standard Bond Elut columns so scale-up to a preparative scale separation is readily accomplished.
