Hydromatrix comes from the fossilized skeletons of marine diatoms which lived millions of years ago in prehistoric sea beds.?It is mined from the earth and purified in a flux calcining process which removes organic debris.?It also undergoes a series of sizing processes to ensure an optimal particle size distribution for providing gravity flow of both aqueous and organic solutions.
