CaptiVacThis patent-pending vacuum manifold is a completely transparent device that joins Captiva filtration or SPEC 96-well plates directly to our collection plate. The unique design of the CaptiVac forms a preset, pre-aligned vacuum seal between the SPE or filtration device and the collection plate which positions the outlet tips a specified distance into the collection plate to prevent cross-contamination of samples. This device is so compact, simple, and cost effective that a lab could be outfitted with many of these manifolds for the cost of a single standard manifold. CaptiVac makes 96-well SPE and filtration simple, practical, and affordable for any size laboratory. |
