Which sample would you rather inject?
Both samples were prepared by precipitating 200 μL plasma with 800 μL acetonitrile. The Captiva sample on the left is clean, clear, pellet-free, and ready for injection in minutes. The plasma sample on the right was centrifuged at 3000 rpm for 5 minutes after precipitation.
