GC Columns
CP-PoraPLOT Q-HT
CP-PoraPLOT columns elute polar compounds as perfectly symmetrical peaks, allowing them to be analyzed together with light hydrocarbons or permanent gases. Retention times are repeatable, as the retention is not influenced by water in the sample.
BONDED Plot Columns One of Varian’s recent biggest PLOT developments is the BONDED Plot column. This new generation of highly stable bonded capillary columns offers improved reliability in the analysis of volatile solvents and hydrocarbons. The CP-PoraBOND Q column replaces the CP-PoraPLOT Q columns.

withstands repeated water injections |
| · |
bleed has been reduced by 5-7 times, providing lower detection limits and faster stabilization |
| · |
no loose particles to cause detector spiking or valve columns |
EZ-GRIP™ All capillary columns from Varian are standard outfitted with EZ-GRIP™ for enhanced ease-of-use. Varian’s EZ-GRIP capillary column cage makes installation, coupling and operation of capillary columns user-friendly, less time consuming and also improve reliability for the method.
Guaranteed Quality Varian GC columns are manufactured under close supervision and to exact specifications. A final quality assurance test ensures that every GC column shipped meets our tight specifications, published in the test report supplied with each GC column.
Typical components analyzed with the CP-PoraPLOT Q-HT include: Halogenated hydrocarbons, hydrocarbons, solvents.
